About the Event
Join Chef Barry Strand as he prepars a 5 course plated dinner paired with our wines. Dan and Sharon will join the table to talk about the wines while everyone enjoys an exclusive dinner. Seating is limited.

1st Course:
Pino Grigio paired w/Sea scallop and corn salad with chimicurri
2nd Course:
Tropical Breeze paired w/Thai Tom Kha soup with shrimp, coconut milk and lemongrass
3rd Course:
Pinot Noir paired w/Maple, fennel and cherry baby back ribs
4th Course:
Barbera paired w/Beef ribeye cap with handmade pasta alfredo
5th Course:
Moscato paired w/Vacherin (meringue) in Moscato creme Anglaise with seasonal fruit
