Cabernet Franc is the parent grape to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.  A fruit forward bold red delivers a smooth mouth feel that lingers with strawberry and raspberry. Medium dry wine, with medium tannis and higher acidity will pair exceptionally well with red meat.
