Light bodied white wine served chilled that ranks higher in acidy than other white wine available by CRVW.  Considered a dry white with flavors ranging from honeydew, grapefruit and peach to even peas, aspagrus, and green cut grass.  A stand alone wine but pairs well with rich buttery meats like bass or salmon.  Or rich cheeses and strong herbs like dill, mint and cilantro.
